This page provides no information about CLASS ACTION
LAWSUITS but is a short info page about the site owner.
I hope this web site will be informative and supplies you with useful,
realistic information on class action lawsuits and the ability to obtain
additional, pertinent information as needed.
This site came about some years ago when I first became involved in class
action suits. I tried searching the internet for information and found little
or nothing of interest or value to me. I was also dabbling a bit in new
technologies, so I decided to develop a website of my own on class action
lawsuits - a subject in which the information available on the internet was so
generally limited and often presented somewhat unrealistically.
A Bit Of Personal Information About Me
 I am forever,
happily married to a lovely woman with one world-travelling daughter and am
inching closer to 60 than I ever thought I would.
I was a happy,
precocious, rambunctious kid who managed to get into the normal amount of
trouble (the FBI's Ten Most Wanted list). I moved around often since my father worked for
Texaco Oil.
I attended Texas
Tech University where I majored in Engineering Physics - at the insistance of
my family- which I have never once used in my life.
I worked for a
couple of years overseas with various oil companies in the geophysical
divisions (a doodle-bugger) just having fun and seeing the world.
I started working
for myself and ended up with a couple of construction and development
companies, managed to make a little money, and sell out while times were good.
During the above
time frame, I also played a little politics, participated in the rat race,
worked twenty hours per day, bought a ranch, and overall, had one hell of a good
time.
I retired to my
ranch where I have been living since. When asked how I like the sedentary life,
I always answer, "I love it -- haven't had a cow tell me a lie yet!"
As to my personality, most people consider me (at least to my face) a
big-hearted, hard-nosed S.O.B. I stand by my friends! I don't have much faith
in government, politics, justice, or even people should their self interest
gets in the way of right and wrong. I'm not considered particularly sociable
unless I like the person or the subject (many) with which I am involved.
