Double Mandrel Tongs

 
These are lentil tongs made for working with double mandrels, also known as button mandrels.  They require double-stringing.  The stainless steel mandrels are 3/32-inch with a 3/32-inch gap  The prongs are about 2 inches and the total length is about 9 inches.
